The 89th 24 Hours of Le Mans, originally due to take place on 12-13 June, is postponed.

 

We have made this decision because 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙚𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙖 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩.

 

Holding the 24 Hours of Le Mans behind closed doors for the second year running is unthinkable, espacially with the introduction of the new Hypercar class this year.
