there are less than 10 street-going 360CH world-wide, reflecting about 3% of all 360CH. most of them have been put on the road a long time ago, when regulations left more room for interpretation. nowadays it might be easiest in the UK, or in Germany, if in the later you have some good relations to the TÜV. anywhere you would need to do some changes like adding a handbrake, a horn, change the exhaust, possibly adjust ride-height etc. - in Switzerland you might try to register it as an experimental car, but this would mean that you would have to do extensive saftey tests and overall expect about 30k costs for the registration process.
