Re: Ferrari 360 Challenge at RM Auctions - No Reserve
According to the Kessel racing markings on the rear grill, the advertising stickers of "Ticinohosting.com", and the "Darwin Airline", that is based at the Airport of Lugano since 2004, the car must have a Swiss and Kessel history, and been in the Ticino region in the time around or after 2004.
Looking forward to getting its VIN - maybe RM will come up with more detailed data closer to the auction date...

We don't know enough yet about the car to come up with estimates, I fear... - once they will reveal the VIN, we will know more about the history of the car... - without any further info they might estimate the car in the range you proposed - what it will go for, will depend highly on the atmosphere on site...challenger24 wrote:@leopard, what you think will be the estimate?

So we would say under 100 and more then 70?
Important also what does the maintenance say? 10t are fast invested. Also, dont forget the comission to the Auction house.

Re: Ferrari 360 Challenge at RM Auctions - No Reserve
The current limitation for the 360CH prices is that the 360CH are neither street legal nor competitive with modern cars on track. These cars might definitely benefit from a historic Challenge series being initated. Depending on the price levels of other Challenge cars, some of them might also be adapted to be road legal, depending on local regulations - we'll see what the future will bring us. They are definitely marvellous pieces of Ferrari history

Re: Ferrari 360 Challenge at RM Auctions - No Reserve
I agree, but this view has also been keeping its value low so far - people bought 360CH cars rather cheap and abused them on track, like very recently and bluntly reported by an Asian owner of the 360CH below.challenger24 wrote:For me the best Trackday Ferrari

this attitude may change with the upcoming historic Challenge series - and in a long term perspective, the less 360CH are around the more the few nice ones will be appreciated (given a total number of about 300 cars...)...
best
