This is the ex. Vivancos N-GT #004M whilst for sale at Mario Bernardi I believe.

Yes thats the car, looong on the market and then sold I think 4 years ago?

Think so. Came with a spare Michelotto Evo II engine, spare sequential gearbox and four sets of wheels.
