Yellow Racing, also at Le Mans 1996 for pre-qualifying.
Chassis 99623.
This car also competed in BPR races in 1995/96 also.

I love the internet. I found this board researching this particular 355. I'm the current owner of ZFFPA41B000099623. This was called a 355BPR at the time I purchased it in 2001. I imported it to the Los Angeles area and ran it as-is until around 2003. From 2003-05 it went through complete restoration from bare chassis. New composite body panels replaced the original composite panels. (I retained one original fender) Rear decklid and roof are original to the car and original Ferrari; all other panels and doors are clip-on composite. Weighing 2580 Lbs wet, its 690 Lbs less than stock. The stock 355 had 375HP, but the modifications on this 355 improved on that. It's quite a monster- It started as a road-going 355 which a well-known agent in France developed with Factory Ferrari to campaign it the 1995-96 BPR series of 4 to 24hr endurance events and has Le Mans history-DNQ :(. I have documented 6 starts/5 finishes 1995 and 6 starts/4 finishes 1996 + DNQ Le Mans 95 and 96. It has several upgrades typical of GT2 level, including full-cage, center-lock hubs, Alcon brakes, air-jacks, engine management system, lightened engine components and racing clutch. It's 'old-school' gated shift, full-manual brakes, no power-steering, no traction control, koni racing shocks instead of factory electronic, open exhaust. Raw and F1-like wraaap, wraaap sound from lightened the 5-valve 355 engine. I drove it in 8 local club races before and 6 club events after the restoration, the last outing October 2015.
