This car is one of the last of the 43 1995 Challenge cars. It was purchased through Lake Forest Motorcars and raced in the Challenge Series as #28, first by Dr Tom Murphy and later by Robert Canepa, achieving respectable results.
The car is in excellent condition, having just received a new period-correct paint job, new FIA compliant seats with HANS-ready belts, and a complete engine-out service with valve service. The tachometer has an oil pressure warning light and shift light. New cooling ductwork is installed for the F40 brakes. Period livery has been applied to the car in vinyl. #28 has a complete Tubi lightweight exhaust system including a silencer for tracks with noise limits.
As a 1995 model, it is possible for a buyer to obtain title and license for street use if desired. A little work will be necessary to do so. The upgraded OMP roll cage is bolted in and removable. Side bars are removable. Side windows have been installed and are easily removed for track service. You’ll need to install headlights and catalytic converters. Of course, it’s up to the buyer to determine local regulations and necessary Equipment.
Selected race history:
SCCA runoffs 1998 Mid-Ohio: T1 3rd in class
April 97 Texas World Speedway: Race 1 10th Race 2 8th
June 97 Circuit Gilles Villeneuve: 11th
August 97 Lime Rock: Race 1 7th Race 2 13th
Finished 15th overall 1997 Challenge Series

Like I said I know the owner now friend of mine and car needs nothing, ready to go racing. Fresh engine out service and everything was taken care of that was needed.

Its a 95 and you can apply for a title (was lost with previous owner) car has a documented legal paper history. It also has a regular legal VIN plate. This make it 100% street legal in the USA

I would know I have 2 of them :)

Interesting, what you think where it will end? There are not so many street legal 355 CH on the market in US.

My guess 140-150 in this condition, hammer price.

Many missing parts, title as you say but a interesting CH.
