Someone knoews the car, is it street legal? So e wrong parts like the seats, dont looks so bad overall

The F355 Challenge flanked the 348 Challenge in the Ferrari Challenge for the 1995 season. Once again, the engine was strictly a production one and the very limited modifications were confined to the exhaust system, the clutch, the slick tyres and obligatory racing safety equipment (roll cage, six-point safety harness, fire extinguisher, front two hook and electric circuit breaker). The F355 Challenge continued competing until 2000 when it was joined by the 360 Challenge which replaced it the following year.
Our Ferrari F355 Challenge raced in the official West European Challenge for the famous Garage Francorchamps. Thanks to good preservation the car remains in very original condition retaining all features specific to the Challenge configuration. The car was very well maintained and serviced during the years and only drove occasionally during trackdays. The car is delivered with 2 extra sets of wheels and is ready to drive.
