Challenge and GT Cars

Hey guys,

what do you think about the prices of Ferrari F355 Challenge cars in future ?
I am sure the price won't fall, but where will the story end of these legends ????

In my opinion, in 2 or 3 year not the price will be the problem for a buyer, the problem
will be to get such a car at all.
These cars have a big fantasy in future in my opinion, for me they will be the next F40s.

At the moment there are only a few cars to get in Europe, price range is 150K to 200K Euros.
What will be in 5 years with on of the well known champion cars ????
I guess for such a car, street legel , we will reach the 400K level, same as street legal porsche 911 cup cars.

Interesting thing !

These cars are always an eyecatcher at any event, even between F40s and older valueable Ferraris.

For me these cars have the perfect design, great Sound and very very rare.

I suppose, in 5 years on of these cars will be a must in every collection from a Ferrari enthusiast, like a F40, 288GTO.....price ?
I agree, I think in 5 years we will be close the the 500K wall (street legal, champion car, well documented).

Uh, uh, you are flying high, but I agree with 80%

The really good cars are selling for good money.
Knowen and good racing history, good paperwork, low milage, etc.,...

And, there is not really a high production number.

More opinions please...

This 96 street legal F355 will show the way on the RM auction in Nov., its no reserve, so it will sell.

BUT, I think its not the best 355 CH on the market, many missing parts, what paperwork, service done etc.,...

Here is the price range from the Cavallino Magazin, the doubled the estimates for the 355 CHs.
But its still a estimate.

Limited production race cars will go up long term
Street legal low production race cars will go even higher

I'm a serious collector of cars and bikes. I have Challenge cars in a 10 year hold on to for my collection

I rate cars as keep 3-5 years then keep 10 years then re evaluate

Why is such a gap between US prices and EU?

348 CH and 355 CH cars streetlegal with history or better victory cars will be
the next collector items! These cars are under value, even now!

I have been to Ferrari Racing Days Hockenheim this year......not one F355 Challenge and only 1
348 Challenge.
Last time 2012 at Hockenheim there was a white 355 Challenge with Alitalia aircraft design.
