It is a 1995 so you can register this for street use here in the USA if you put headlights and snog back on it

Currently has a bill of sale only
The car was registered at one time so getting a duplicate title is easy.

It was part of a lein or estate sale at one time and title was just never applied for. A simple thing I did it for 2 of my 355 challenges.
