USA value. The way the USA thinks is this is not a challenge car just a 348 that was converted to race.
Challenge cars came out in 1994, anything prior to that is just a 348 that was raced.
We call these "clone cars" Clones (copies) of something rare and desirable. Clone cars can bring decent money usually around 50-60% value off the original, this can vary according to options.

Just wanted to put the insight form a collector here in the USA :)
Interesring point of view, correct.

So the car should be back in Europe for the real value

Yes it would bring more value in Europe I believe.

I would have bought it for shits and giggles but I just dont have any more room to keep cars. Down here by the beach in Southern California land is small and expensive to store cars.

I do own Col kurts 355 so would be cool to have both his cars

Car first belonged to Tom Popodopulous who raced it a couple years (white) This is the famous 2 number car
also belonged to Gator Greg (painted black) who won the 2013 challenge series here in the USA with it, very fast car with built motor and very very lightweight. Possibly the fastest 355 in the USA

It is the first car in this race, you can here the difference in power from the other 355 challanges
