Re: WEC -2017

Pier Guidi is a driver with good experience although somewhat erratic drives...also there wasn't much choice for Amato, in my opinion Pier Guidi got the seat in the #51 thru defualt...I'll be interested to see who AF CORSE gets for their third drivers for LeMans....could it be Molina and/or De Vries...

Sebring -2017

Just was taking with Steve Sustich the lead mechanic from Risi Competizione and he told me that the parts being delivered to repair the #62 from its run at Daytona are being delayed by snow. Steve said that their best hope is they get the parts this Thursday, which includes a new front splitter that...

Re: WEC -2017

I talked with Bruni today, he told me he just can't talk about his decision just yet. He hopes to be at LeMans this year and racing this upcoming season...he said he hopes to be racing this season...that was about all he said in regards to racing, the rest was things about how his wife and daughter ...

Re: WEC -2017

With the LMP1 field as it is now seems to me it will be rather easy to win overall, I think Bruni is a fool to leave AF CORSE, GT-PRO is where the prestige is now, he blew it in my opinion. I would have thought after last years bad showing at LeMans that Bruni would have wanted another shot at beati...

Re: AF Corse Set for Four-Car Ferrari 488 GTE Effort

I don't think AF CORSE will have a GT-AM entry during LeMans......which is strange because the #83 won the WEC title last season but 2 of the drivers are now in LMP2

Re: Daytona - 2017..

The new 911 RSR will NOT be made available to the general public, how will Porsche be able to continue to race the 911?....the cheating assholes at Ford still haven't build the required 500 cars, Ford got that susupicious "waiver" to race LeMans....will Porsche have to get the same waiver ...

Re: Daytona - 2017..

Calado puts the Risi Ferrari back into the lead....dry tires up to temp and he's rollin' quick!....but the full course caution will have the damned #66 back up close...but Calado is hella quick...BEAUTIFUL last pit stop by the Risi crew... damn few better than the Risi pit crew...

Re: Daytona - 2017..

The 911's are always good in the rain...watching weather, the race may have dryer weather for about last two hours...then the #62 could make up places...
